Description

Delicious meatballs infused with the sweetness of cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberry sauce, honey or brown sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
  5. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve the meatballs drizzled with the warmed cranberry sauce mixture.

Notes

For best flavor and texture, avoid overmixing the meatball ingredients. Meatballs can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
