Instructions

  2. Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery, sautéing for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Mix in the shredded chicken and turkey, allowing the soup to cook for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Season with thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
