Description

Indulge in these creamy Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls, a delightful fusion of tender chicken and rich alfredo sauce served in crispy bread bowls.


Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook them in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Boil salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. Slice the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers.
  4. Combine melted butter with additional garlic and herb seasoning and brush inside and on the edges of the bread bowls.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Add the drained pasta and Alfredo sauce to the cooked chicken and stir to combine.
  7. Fill the toasted bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Return the filled bowls to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Experiment with different herbs or cheeses to personalize the recipe. Serve with a fresh garden salad or garlic bread for an elevated meal.
