Description
Deliciously soft and chewy cookies infused with warm maple and cinnamon, finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 batch of Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookie Dough
- White chocolate melting wafers (e.g., Ghirardelli)
- Holly berry sprinkles
- A food scale for portioning
- Light-colored baking sheets
Instructions
- Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls for uniform cookies.
- Bake the cookies until lightly golden; allow to cool completely.
- Melt the white chocolate, taking care not to overheat.
- Dip half of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper.
- Allow the white chocolate to set.
- Drizzle remaining melted white chocolate over the cookies and sprinkle holly berry sprinkles before the drizzle sets.
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based chocolate and vegan butter. Try adding chopped nuts for extra crunch.
