Description

Deliciously soft and chewy cookies infused with warm maple and cinnamon, finished with a drizzle of white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch of Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookie Dough
  • White chocolate melting wafers (e.g., Ghirardelli)
  • Holly berry sprinkles
  • A food scale for portioning
  • Light-colored baking sheets


Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls for uniform cookies.
  3. Bake the cookies until lightly golden; allow to cool completely.
  4. Melt the white chocolate, taking care not to overheat.
  5. Dip half of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper.
  6. Allow the white chocolate to set.
  7. Drizzle remaining melted white chocolate over the cookies and sprinkle holly berry sprinkles before the drizzle sets.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based chocolate and vegan butter. Try adding chopped nuts for extra crunch.
