Ingredients
- 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies
- White chocolate melting wafers
- Holly berry sprinkles
- Food scale
- Light colored baking sheets
Instructions
- Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls using a food scale for uniformity.
- Bake the cookies until golden and cool completely before decorating.
- Melt white chocolate in a bowl at half power to prevent overheating.
- Dip half of each cookie into the melted chocolate and lay them on wax paper.
- Drizzle additional melted chocolate over the dipped portion and sprinkle holly berry sprinkles on top.
Notes
For a different flavor twist, substitute semi-sweet chocolate for white chocolate. Chill dough for best results.
