Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 14 ounces smoked sausage, cut into rounds
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 1 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the chopped potatoes and sliced sausage.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the mixture and toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and nicely browned.
