Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and the top is melting beautifully.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
