Description

A rich and cheesy bean dip that’s perfect for gatherings, bringing warmth and comfort in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and the top is melting beautifully.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
