Description

A creamy and flavorful Bruschetta Dip made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and cheese, perfect for gatherings and entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or any soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly across the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch clean around the edges.
  2. Sprinkle and distribute the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese layer.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over everything.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette.

Notes

For a stunning presentation, layer ingredients in a clear glass bowl. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can last in the fridge for up to three days.
