A creamy and flavorful Bruschetta Dip made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and cheese, perfect for gatherings and entertaining.
Ingredients
- 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or any soft cheese spread like Boursin)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly across the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch clean around the edges.
- Sprinkle and distribute the chopped tomatoes evenly over the cheese layer.
- Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over everything.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette.
Notes
For a stunning presentation, layer ingredients in a clear glass bowl. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can last in the fridge for up to three days.
