Description

Ingredients

  • 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or similar soft cheese spread)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette


Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge clean.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  3. Scatter the fresh basil on top.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or spread on thin slices of baguette.
