Ingredients
- 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or similar soft cheese spread)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge clean.
- Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Scatter the fresh basil on top.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
