Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or a lighter alternative)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cubed chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender but still vibrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, stir well, and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and broccoli, mixing everything together evenly. Adjust seasoning to taste.
