Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully clean the mushrooms and remove their stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the creamy filling mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle them with olive oil, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
