- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the corn starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the corn starch mixture, ensuring they’re evenly covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for that extra kick.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce until each piece is thoroughly coated.
