Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the bang bang sauce.
- Brush the chicken tenders generously with the sauce, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
