Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175g) 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (40g) vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana (approximately 140g)
- 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (8g from 1 graham cracker)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
- Take half of the banana and mash it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s thoroughly mixed.
- Slice the remaining half of the banana into rounds and stir most of these slices into the bowl, reserving a few for topping.
- Add the crumbled graham cracker to the mixture and gently incorporate it.
- To serve, top with the reserved banana slices and a sprinkle of graham crumbs. Enjoy your delicious creation!
