  • 1 scoop (40g) vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana (approximately 140g)
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (8g from 1 graham cracker)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Take half of the banana and mash it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s thoroughly mixed.
  3. Slice the remaining half of the banana into rounds and stir most of these slices into the bowl, reserving a few for topping.
  4. Add the crumbled graham cracker to the mixture and gently incorporate it.
  5. To serve, top with the reserved banana slices and a sprinkle of graham crumbs. Enjoy your delicious creation!
