Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
