Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
