Description

Delicious mini bites combining creamy cheesecake and spiced apple crisp, perfect for gatherings and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Mix well, then press firmly into the bottom of a mini muffin pan to create the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture generously over the graham cracker crusts.
  5. In another bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon, oats, brown sugar, and flour until the apples are coated evenly.
  6. Evenly distribute the apple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set and slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, and serve these delightful bites as an easy and delicious dessert.
