Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken breast generously with the oil and spice mixture.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
