Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast generously with the oil and spice mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider marinating the chicken for a couple of hours before cooking. Feel free to experiment with different spices and marinades.
