A quick and easy recipe for crispy, flavorful air-fried cauliflower florets, perfect for snacks or side dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Dipping sauce of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly.
- Arrange the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking or tossing halfway through until golden-brown and tender.
- Remove the cauliflower, taste for seasoning, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For even cooking, cut florets to a similar size. Substitute olive oil with avocado oil for a higher smoke point. For a gluten-free option, toss with cornstarch before adding oil.
