- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add zucchini, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted, then season with basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
