Description

Elegant appetizer featuring creamy brie and tart cranberries, perfectly wrapped in buttery puff pastry. A crowd-pleaser for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce and pecans if desired.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.

Notes

These bites can be served warm or at room temperature and pair well with white wine or a light vinaigrette.
