Elegant appetizer featuring creamy brie and tart cranberries, perfectly wrapped in buttery puff pastry. A crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce and pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until the pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.
Notes
These bites can be served warm or at room temperature and pair well with white wine or a light vinaigrette.
