Description

A creamy and spicy cranberry jalapeno dip that’s quick to prepare and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) containers of dairy-free cream cheese
  • 2 fresh jalapeños (seeds removed and finely diced)
  • 2-3 Tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 (14 oz) can of cranberry sauce (with whole berries)


Instructions

  1. Start by bringing the cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Using a handheld mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, diced jalapeños, and both diced onions. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on a serving platter.
  5. Pour the cranberry sauce over the top and spread it out to create the top layer.
  6. Sprinkle additional green onions on top and serve with an assortment of crackers.

Notes

Customize the spice level by adding more jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
